To refer a new patient, have them give us a call at 425-251-1720 and let us know that YOU referred them!
Participants already in our database DO NOT qualify as new study participant referrals.
Participation in a particular study is defined as meeting all of the eligibility requirements for the study.
Program applies ONLY to studies requiring, and participants completing, at least 4 clinic visits for ONE study.
You will be responsible to notify staff when you refer a new patient. Our staff will track the progress of your referral and notify you if they meet these requirements.
Referred study participant must enter into the study within 6 months of being referred.
