| HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE |

1.  This is a study for individuals with high blood pressure. This is a study of an investigational medication that is intended to lower high blood pressure. Participants will be entered into two groups. Two out of three of the participants will take the investigational medication and one out of three will take an FDA approved medication for high blood pressure. |
| Study Length: 9 visits over 10 weeks. |
| Target Age: Over the age of 18 |
| Benefits: All participants will be supplied study medication, physical exams, lab work, and EKG’s.. |
| Stipend: $580 for study completion |
